TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Crisp and vibrant pineapple cubes, peach slices and tinned apricots are joined by garden-fresh florals, vanilla ice cream and a delicate background smoke.
PALATE: A rich and oily mouthfeel delivers syrupy tropical and stone fruits. Sooty peat smoke and tangy minerality is offset by lemon verbena and orange liqueurs.
FINISH: Lingering smokiness punctuated by charred oak and tingling white pepper.
