An exceptional single malt crafted with passion and matured in a single American virgin oak cask. The oak-forward flavours of this cask add both creaminess and spice resulting in a bold but still highly balanced whisky which ably showcases our distinctive spirit character.
NOSE: Soft, warm and welcoming. Freshly picked apples are dipped in rich toffee sauce and served alongside anise and ginger spiced shortbread biscuits
PALATE: A bolder palate with balanced orchard fruits and cask spices in harmony together with toffee, chocolate shavings and background moist earthiness
FINISH: Progressively fading sweet oakiness and gentle pepper
