A peated incarnation of our characterful London spirit. Floor malted by our Master Distiller and smoked by hand using equipment designed and built on-site. An early insight in what will eventually become a fully peated Bimber single malt whisky.

NOSE: Distinctive aromas of bright and sweet orchard fruits, newly malted barley and delicate notes of herbal peat smoke 

TASTE: Oily and rich in texture with golden barley, liquorice and a penetrating charcoal and earthy smokiness 

FINISH: Malty sweetness balanced against enduring aromatic peat
