Apogee 13 whisky offers a captivating harmony of rich, sherry-driven flavours, complemented by the vivid, fruit-forward character of the ex-Bimber sherry casks.
 
We have sourced some of the finest single malt whiskies from Scotland’s most renowned regions, including the Highlands and Speyside. These whiskies were matured for at least 13 years before being enhanced further through skilful, meticulous blending and an additional maturation in ex-sherry casks that were previously used to age Bimber’s award-winning London single malt whisky. The result is a whisky that showcases layers of dried fruit, spice, and subtle oak. 
 
Bottled at 46.3% ABV with no colouring or chill-filtration, Apogee 13 is presented in a distinctive, custom-designed glass bottle. The textured, hammered finish reflects the artisanal craftsmanship of Bimber’s small copper pot stills. 
 
Nose: Beautifully sherried with red berries, plums and chocolate. Tropical notes of mango sit alongside malty bread, barley sugars and ginger and cinnamon spice.
 
Palate: Richly mouthcoating fine chocolate is joined by spit-roasted pineapple, gingerbread and baking spices.
 
Finish: Elegant, fading cask spices alongside persistent fruitiness.
