This meticulously crafted single cask release has been fully matured in a Re-Charred American Oak Cask.
 
Tasting Notes:
 
Nose: Rich and inviting, with notes of Black Forest gâteau, blackcurrants, roasted nuts and orange peel. Deep golden amber in colour.
 
Palate: Cherry chocolate and prunes lead the way, supported by a buttery texture, delicate sweet spice and ripe dark forest fruits.
 
Finish: Medium to long, with lingering notes of gooseberry, caramelised orange zest and roasted hazelnuts.
