This distinctive single cask release was initially matured in a 1st Fill Ex-Bourbon American Oak Cask before being carefully finished in a Tequila Cask.
 
Tasting Notes: 
 
Nose: Fresh citrus with a gentle oak influence, floral notes and fresh-cut grass, reminiscent of a Tommy's Margarita. Delicately sweet, with a light golden colour.
 
Palate: Cracked black pepper, citrus and tropical fruit notes with a rich oily mouthfeel.
 
Finish: Lingering dark chocolate and herbal undertones, with hints of slightly unripe plum and apricot.
