This small batch release has been crafted from a vatting of our heavily re-charred American oak casks.
 
Carefully selected American oak casks were hand-charred by Bimber's on-site cooper to a Level #4 Char, often referred to as ‘Alligator Char’ for the distinctive cracked pattern it creates on the surface of the oak. This deep charring caramelises the natural wood sugars, bringing layers of rich sweetness, tropical fruit notes and a beautifully smooth character to our whisky. 
 
Every cask has been carefully selected before being married together in our handmade oak vat before bottling.
 
THE LUCKY ORDER
 
Every bottle of Re-charred Oak Casks purchased by 12 noon (UK time) on Wednesday, 15 July will be automatically entered into The Lucky Order.
 
As an additional benefit of Members' Early Access, Bimber Members will receive one bonus entry for every bottle purchased before the general release, giving you two entries per bottle in total.
 
Bonus entry is available during Members' Early Access only.
 
There are 10 fantastic prizes to be won, the winning order numbers will be revealed live on our social media channels at 4pm (UK time) on 15 July 2026.
