This remarkable single cask release has been fully matured in a VIRGIN OAK CASK and celebrates Mary Anning’s curiosity, resilience and groundbreaking contribution to the science of palaeontology.
 
Nose:
Fresh-cut grass and green apples, followed by light marzipan and vanilla. Hints of praline and dried cherries add a soft sweetness with a slightly nutty character.

Palate:
Rich, sweet caramel opens the palate, balanced by a gentle touch of oak. Layers of dark chocolate and coarse black pepper lead to a long, sweet finish.

Finish:
Warm, sweet, and lightly spiced, with lingering caramel and cocoa notes.
