This outstanding single cask release has been fully matured in a 1st Fill Ex-Bourbon American Oak Cask.
 
Tasting Notes:
 
Nose: Light and fruity, with aromas of ripe peaches, soft vanilla and caramel, white chocolate, delicate floral aromas, and a hint of white pepper spice. Light amber in colour.
 
Palate: Crème brûlée upfront followed by oak spice, nutty notes, and a slightly bitter stone-fruit pit character.
 
Finish: Short to medium finish with lingering nuttiness and citrus pith.
