Tasting Notes:
Nose: Light and fruity, with aromas of ripe peaches, soft vanilla and caramel, white chocolate, delicate floral aromas, and a hint of white pepper spice. Light amber in colour.
Palate: Crème brûlée upfront followed by oak spice, nutty notes, and a slightly bitter stone-fruit pit character.
Finish: Short to medium finish with lingering nuttiness and citrus pith.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich and inviting, with notes of Black Forest gâteau, blackcurrants, roasted nuts and orange peel. Deep golden amber in colour.
Palate: Cherry chocolate and prunes lead the way, supported by a buttery texture, delicate sweet spice and ripe dark forest fruits.
Finish: Medium to long, with lingering notes of gooseberry, caramelised orange zest and roasted hazelnuts.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh citrus with a gentle oak influence, floral notes and fresh-cut grass, reminiscent of a Tommy's Margarita. Delicately sweet, with a light golden colour.
Palate: Cracked black pepper, citrus and tropical fruit notes with a rich oily mouthfeel.
Finish: Lingering dark chocolate and herbal undertones, with hints of slightly unripe plum and apricot.
