During the creation of our award-winning, maiden Small Batch release - Re-charred Oak Casks, we reserved a very small number of our most exceptional casks. Following an extended maturation period, three extraordinary re-charred casks were released in cask strength, single cask format.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Milk coffee and spent espresso grounds sit with spiced hot chocolate. Poached pears and orange oils are joined by burnt toffee and powdered ginger.
PALATE: Full-bodied and oily. Toffee and caramel are spiced with pepper, anise and ginger whilst tingly cask char runs throughout alongside orange zest, pineapple gel and hints of cola cubes.
FINISH: Lingering baking spices fade slowly with metholated oak and tropical fruitiness.
