During the creation of our award-winning, maiden Small Batch release - Re-charred Oak Casks, we reserved a very small number of our most exceptional casks. Following an extended maturation period, three extraordinary re-charred casks were released in cask strength, single cask format.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Luxuriant toffee and old orange liqueurs sit alongside pineapple chunks, whilst crunchy brown sugars are joined by nutmeg and clove.
PALATE: A fruit salad! Cooking apples, banana bread, dried mango and berry preserves offer a complex amalgamation, supported by piquant aromatic wood spices.
FINISH: Lengthy with pepper and charred staves offset by creamy vanilla and still prominent fruitiness.
