TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Rich and beautifully sweet with succulent cranberries and redcurrant jelly. Apple pastries and rum-soaked raisins are joined by cinnamon rolls and chocolate gateaux.
PALATE: Viscous and opulent with nutmeg and anise sprinkled atop of a rich fruit-packed sponge cake. Gingerbread is served with hot chocolate whilst liquorice sits with
mentholated oak.
FINISH: Enduring sweet fresh sherry with fading white pepper and a touch of mint leaf.
