TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Soft, warm and welcoming. Freshly picked apples are dipped in rich toffee sauce and served alongside anise and ginger spiced shortbread biscuits.
PALATE: A bolder palate with balanced orchard fruits and cask spices in harmony together with toffee, chocolate shavings and background moist earthiness.
FINISH: Progressively fading sweet oakiness and gentle pepper.
