TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Golden syrup is tempered by orange juice and scooped papaya whilst shredded coconut and vanilla buttercream is served with a squeeze of lemon juice and a spoon of maple syrup.
PALATE: A tropical fruit salad joins apple juice and flamed orange peels whilst popped corn and golden oats sit with charred oak staves and stimulating pepperiness.
FINISH: Long with dry and spicy oak.
