This single cask release has been drawn from a single American oak ex-bourbon cask. It presents as a beautifully bright, fruit-forward Bimber, that is layered with intricate spicing.  
 
Nose: A fruit-laden opening of charred pineapple chunks, syrupy apricots and browns sugars. The nose develops preserved lemons and soft toffee before giving way to delicate baking spices and herbal notes.
 
Palate: A rich and mouth-coating arrival delivers an immediate sweetness, with luscious milk toffee and vibrant stone and tropical fruits. Ex-bourbon cask notes support with honey, toffee and perfectly integrated ginger and pepper spicing.
 
Finish: Sustained and satisfying with the refined elegance of fading tropical fruits.
