We are delighted to unveil our 2021 Country Collection which this year consists of twenty-four single cask single malts.
Each has been drawn from our stock of ex-bourbon, ex-port, ex-rye whiskey, madeira and PX finished casks.
This year sees eight new locations added to the Country Collection roster with Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Israel, Japan, Nigeria, South Africa and Switzerland all receiving their first exclusive Bimber releases.
Fourteen expressions will be released over the summer with the remaining ten releases following later in the year. If you’re looking to obtain any of them, here’s a handy list of the initial releases including the casks numbers, cask types, ABVs and country distributors.

Each expression within the 2021 Country Collection explores the individuality of our growing selection of cask styles and reflects how our traditional processes can be employed to produce impactful and delightfully flavourful results from a wide variety of wood types.
It is our pleasure to be able to share these exceptional single cask releases with an even larger number of countries and an ever-growing number of worldwide Bimber drinkers.
