Since our founding in 2015, our calling has been to produce the highest quality single malt whisky with character, using rarely seen traditional methods. But another important aspect of our mission has been, and always will be, sharing the fruits of our labours with as many of you as possible. We’re simply whisky lovers who love sharing tasty whisky.
Despite only bottling for a little over a year now, we’re delighted to see the excitement for our single malts growing across the world. And the requests for more Bimber have very quickly extended far beyond our humble beginnings in West London.
Recognising both the growing interest in English whisky and the growing demand for more Bimber to be available outside of our home in the UK, we’re proud to showcase our ‘Country Collection’.
The Country Collection consists of twenty single cask single malts that have been drawn from our stock of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, virgin American oak and ex-peated casks. The series reflects both the Bimber of the ‘now’ as well as the Bimber of the future. Bottlings are already heading to distributors worldwide and will be released over the course of this month.
The twenty different expressions in the series have been bottled exclusively for: Australia; Belgium; Denmark; France; Germany; Italy; the Netherlands; Poland; Taiwan and the USA.
